Refund Policy

Item Purchased online

If your package arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. In the case of breakage, please contact me immediately.

Workshops

A full refund will be given up to 14 days before your workshop. A request can be made to rearrange your workshop or change a booking up to 7 days before the start date of your workshop. No refund or amendments can be made 7 days prior to course/workshop beginning.

Course and workshops are for 2 or 3 consecutive weeks. Courses/Workshops cannot be shared.

Play with Clay

4 session card, means you can book on to any 4 'Play with Clay' sessions within a 2 month period from day of purchase. If sessions haven't been used within the 2 month period, you will not be eligible for a refund. They will be deemed unused.

If you book a single session, the day and time can be changed providing there is space in the session you require. No amendments can be made after 7 day prior to session.

Family play with Clay

Sessions need to be pre booked online, 

I aim to fire each piece to the highest standard. However, there are times when the kiln has its own surprises, and not everything turns out as planned. 
The course/workshop/paint a pot session will not be refunded If there are cracks and breakages due to firing or you dislike your end result.
